One small/simple item (e.g., bedside table, shelf, chair). No anchoring or waste removal. Fast in-and-out.
Duration: ~45 minutes (max 60 minutes onsite)
CoreBuild SD (Standard)

One complex or two medium items. Anchoring included, premium tidy, packaging removal, 14-day workmanship guarantee.
Duration: ~90 minutes (max 120 minutes onsite)
ProBuild HD (Half-Day)

Multi-item jobs, complex builds, room setups, or disassembly/rebuilds. Includes all CoreBuild perks. 14-day workmanship guarantee.

$50 for After-Hours, Weekend/Public Holiday bookings (limited availability). Same-Day Priority Booking: during peak business may be subject to standard 'Rush' fee.
🗑️ Excess Waste

$60 per request for other/non-inclusive bundled waste items. Currently clean waste only, no large furniture.

Booking & Cancellation Summary

Bookings
Confirm your service by accepting your quote. Standard hours are 7 am – 5 pm, Mon-Fri. Saturday and urgent same-day bookings are limited and subject to a surcharge. See FAQ for details.
Rescheduling
Changes made less than 24 hours before your booking, or after dispatch, will incur a rescheduling fee. See Full Tiers in our Policy.
Cancellations / No-Access
Charges apply for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior, no-access, or unsafe work sites. Full Policy Here.
We follow Australian Consumer Law for refunds and remedies.

- No Item Handling: We avoid hourly charges to lock in your fixed rate. Items must be on-site.
- No Wall Mounting: Excluded for insurance and safety focus.
- No Licensed Trades/Appliance Installs: Focus remains on our core expertise.
