  • Contact details (name, phone, email) and booking details (address, access, item list, photos you supply).
  • Service communications and payment confirmations (no card details stored by us; handled by Stripe/PayPal).
  • If you use address autocomplete, Google Places receives your address keystrokes to suggest locations (see Google’s Privacy Policy).

2. How we use it

  • To quote, schedule, and deliver your booking.
  • To communicate about timing, access, and any issues.
  • To meet legal/insurance obligations and maintain service quality.

3. Sharing

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We may share limited details with payment processors (Stripe/PayPal), insurers, or legal advisors where necessary.
  • We only share what is needed for the specific purpose.

4. Storage & security

  • Data is stored in secured cloud services with access restricted to operational needs.
  • Access is limited to authorised personnel and only for service delivery/support.

5. Retention

We keep records only as long as needed for service delivery, insurance, tax, or legal obligations, then securely delete where practicable.

6. Your choices

  • You can request a copy or correction of your information.
  • You can request deletion where legally permissible.
  • For marketing opt-outs (if used), you can unsubscribe at any time.
