Workmanship Warranty

Fair coverage for our furniture assembly and installation work, with simple next steps if you need help.

1. Coverage by package

  • QuickBuild LT: Basic guarantee ends when the technician departs; issues must be raised on-site.
  • CoreBuild SD / ProBuild HD / ProBuild FD: 14-day workmanship guarantee from completion for workmanship-related issues.

2. What’s covered

  • Assembly workmanship (alignment, fixings, stability) within the applicable guarantee window.
  • Anchoring performed by us when the wall/material was suitable at time of install.
  • Reasonable adjustments to resolve workmanship issues identified within the window.

3. What’s not covered

  • Product defects, missing parts, or manufacturer faults.
  • Damage, misuse, overloading, relocation after install, or changes to the install location.
  • Unsuitable walls/structures, water damage, or external trades altering the install.
  • Services outside scope (e.g., wall mounting, electrical/appliance installation).

4. How to request support

  • Contact info@movebase.com.au or 07 5646 6295 within your coverage window.
  • Provide booking details, photos/videos of the issue, and a short description.
  • We aim to respond within 1–2 business days and schedule rework where appropriate.

5. Remedies

  • First remedy is rework/rectification within a reasonable time.
  • If rework is not possible or not reasonable, we may offer a partial or full refund in line with the Refunds Policy and the ACL.
  • QuickBuild LT issues must be raised before departure to qualify.
